Willowbrook has contracted with Constable Sanitation for trash and recyclable pickup and removal of yard waste. Following are the applicable rules and guidelines imposed by these companies.
Regular garbage (trash) disposal
- Constable Sanitation is the HOA trash hauler.
- Residents can use a cart provided by Constable Sanitation (two sizes) or garbage bags to dispose of trash.
- If one does not elect to use a Constable Sanitation provided cart, there is a limit of 6 bags per week.
- The scheduled pick-up day is Monday. Carts should be placed at the curb by 7:00 AM Monday morning.
- Recyclable materials can be included with regular garbage if one elects not to recycle.
Recyclable material disposal
- Constable Sanitation is the HOA hauler for recyclables.
- Constable Sanitation provided carts (35 or 65 gallons) or green bins (18 gallons) are the containers residents must use to recycle (for those choosing to recycle).
- The scheduled pick-up day is Monday.

Constable Sanitation policies pertaining to carts are the following:
- The trash cart and recycle cart do not have to be the same size.
- Each resident is allowed only ONE trash cart and ONE recycle cart or bin.
- Constable Sanitation provided trash carts cannot be combined with personal trash carts and / or garbage bags.
- If a resident has extra trash that does not fit in a Constable Sanitation cart, the resident can use a regular trash bag (recommend under 32 gallon size) for the extra trash.
Yard Waste Disposal
- Constable Sanitation is the yard waste hauler for the Willowbrook HOA.
- Yard waste includes leaves, grass clippings, brush, tree limbs, flowers, and garden plants.
- Yard waste must be bagged in brown paper yard waste compost bags (no plastic bags) and bags must not exceed 40 lbs.
- Brush/limbs must be cut in lengths no longer than four feet and tied securely with twine or rope.
- The normal collection schedule is weekly on Monday.
