Swimming Pool Operations:
- The swimming pool typically opens two weeks before the Memorial Day week-end (Saturday).
- The swimming pool typically closes two weeks after the Labor Day week-end (Monday).
- An emergency telephone is located on the pump room wall next to the hot tub.
Swimming Pool Rules:
- Swim at your own risk. NO LIFEGUARD IS ON DUTY!
- Pool hours are 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M. Use of the pool after hours is prohibited. The police will be contacted!
- Only residents and their guests are allowed to enter the pool area.
- Residents are responsible for their guests' behavior.
- Children 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
- Please be considerate of others when using audio devices.
- Please be considerate of others when using flotation devices and toys.
- No glass containers inside the pool or spa.
- No smoking in the pool area.
- No running, horseplay, or roughhousing in or around the pool area.
- Bathing suits only permitted in the pool and spa.
- No pets inside the pool area.
- Please dispose of all trash in receptacles provided.
SPA Rules:
- Pregnant women, elderly persons, and persons suffering from heart disease, diabetes, or high or low blood pressure should not enter the spa / hot tub.
- Do not use the spa / hot tub while under the influence of alcohol, tranquilizers, or other drugs that cause drowsiness or that raise or lower the blood pressure.
- Do not use the spa / hot tub alone.
- Unsupervised use by children is prohibited.
- Persons using the spa / hot tub must shower before entering. No oils, body lotion, and minerals in the water.
- All persons using spa / hot tub do so at their risk.
- Enter and exit slowly.
- Observe reasonable time limits (that is, 10-15 minutes), then leave the water and cool down before returning for another brief stay.
- Long exposure may result in nausea, dizziness, or fainting.
- Keep all breakable objects out of the area.
