The following guidelines are intended to provide the Willowbrook HOA with Pool Key control in an effort to create a safe environment for residents, improve security, and reduce potential for loss or theft of property.
- All Pool keys are the exclusive property of the Willowbrook HOA.
- Each Willowbrook address will be allowed to check out a single Pool key.
- Each key will be issued to the resident after he / she has completed the Willowbrook Pool Key Agreement form and the Willowbrook Pool Key Log form.
- A refundable deposit of $25.00 (cash or check) will be collected from the resident at the time of check-out.
- Each of the deposits will be provided to the Willowbrook financial person (currently Karen Johnson) for deposit.
- At such time a resident moves or otherwise no longer has need for a Pool key their key shall be returned to the Willowbrook financial person at which time the resident will receive a refund of their deposit.
- In the event a Pool key is lost, the first replacement key may be obtained and will require an additional $25.00 non-refundable payment. All subsequent replacement keys will require a $50.00 non-refundable deposit.
- Under no circumstances will a resident be allowed to obtain more than one Pool key.
- Only designated persons approved by the HOA will be registered with Chet’s Lock & Key and will be the only persons who will be authorized to have keys made.
