Several of the streets in Willowbrook include Visitor Parking areas which are clearly marked with "Visitor Only Parking" signs. These areas are restricted parking facilities for contractors, housekeepers, overnight guests, etc. They are not to be used as overflow parking for residents who have more vehicles than their garages accommodate.
These restrictions are enforced by the Homes Association in the following manner:
- Residents who are using these areas as overflow parking on a frequent basis will be given a 24-hour warning to discontinue this practice.
- If the vehicle(s) are not removed and relocated to the resident's property, the resident will incur a $25.00 / day fine and the vehicle(s) will be subject to towing at the owner's expense.
These restrictions DO NOT apply to residents who occasionally need to temporarily park in these areas when visiting friends, attending neighborhood events, cleaning their garages or driveways, etc.
