Landscape Operations:
Green Lawn Inc. provides the service of caring and maintaining the common areas as well as individual yards.
If one has a question or problem concerning lawn care, please contact the Landscape Committee Chairperson. If he/she cannot solve your problem or answer your question, he/she will contact the Green Lawn representative and then get back to you.
Landscape Company Responsibilities in the common areas:
- Mow and Trim weekly - approximately 30 times during the season.
- Turn on and Winterize irrigation systems, typically in April and October respectively.
- Lawn fertilization five times.
- Grub Control
- Shrub and Tree Insect Control.
- Prune Shrubs.
- Top dress with bark mulch.
- Dormant oil spray.
- Spring Clean Up.
- Fall Clean Up.
