Trash and Recyclables Pick-Up
Constable Sanitation normally picks up trash and recyclables weekly on Mondays.
The following holidays will be observed by Constable Sanitation:
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
If your scheduled pick-up day falls on or after a weekday holiday, Constable Sanitation will collect your residential waste and/or recyclables one day later that week. On all other holidays, there will be normal pick-up.

Yard Waste Pickup
Constable Sanitation provides the yard waste pickup every Monday throughout the year. The holiday schedule applies to this pickup.
Lawn Services
Green Lawn provides the service of caring for your yard. All yards are cut weekly during the season and are fertilized and treated for grubs and insects. They do not take care of mulching or trimming trees and bushes in the flowerbeds around your home. Green Lawn will turn on your sprinkler systems in the spring and turn them off and blow them out in the fall. However, each homeowner has the daily control of their own sprinkler system and is responsible for any needed repairs.
Snow Removal
The HOA contracts independently with two separate contractors to provide the service of snow and ice removal when conditions warrant. The policy is to plow the streets when snow accumulates to about three (3) inches and salt the streets as a pre-treatment or if ice forms. At three (3) inches of snow accumulation the driveways/walkways will be cleared. The decision to plow/salt the streets or shovel driveways/walkways takes into consideration the time it snows and the weather forecast for the days following the snow/ice event. The first concern is the safety of all residents.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is open from two weeks before the Memorial Day weekend to two weeks after the Labor Day weekend for all HOA residents and their guests to use and enjoy.
Painting
A Paint Company contracted by Willowbrook HOA paints all the wood trim on your home every six years. (View the current house painting schedule here). The stucco, when applied had the color added, thus it does not require repainting unless color change desired by owner at the owner's expense. Repairs to wood on the house, including around the windows, are the responsibility of the homeowner.
The exterior wood trim, window well railings, exterior windows trim, garage door, gutters and downspouts are included. Some downspouts, gutters, garage doors and window trims are deemed "non-paintable". If homeowner desires to paint over this material a special process is required and additional cost will be the responsibility of the homeowner. Contractor will paint the front door with homeowner furnishing the paint. A change in trim color is must be approved by the Architectural Committee (you can download the Architectural Change Request Form here).
