At the February 2, 2006 meeting of the Willowbrook Board of Directors, the board passed a resolution from the Architectural Control committee, to accept Laminated Composite Shingles as one alternative roofing material option to Cedar Shake Shingles. The recommended color of “Weathered Wood” was approved as well in the resolution.

An ice barrier shall be installed along the lowest edge of all roof surfaces. Refer to the Johnson County Building Code (2008IRC, 2008 IBC and manufacturers installation instructions.
The options listed above allow for laminated shingles to be integrated into Willowbrook without upsetting the color aesthetics and profile of the original cedar shake shingle roofs. Requests other than those listed above will be considered on an individual basis; the decision shall be made by the Architectural Control
Committee and shall be binding.
Prior to starting any re-roofing, submit for approval two (2) copies of the Architectural Change Request Form to:
