Willowbrook is a beautiful maintenance-provided community with 111 homes nestled amongst pines, willow trees and Tomahawk Creek along Antioch Road and 143rd Street in Overland Park, Kansas. Tom French and John Groebe began development of this subdivision in 1990 and building was completed in the fall of 1997. Willowbrook was planned with private streets, three ponds, walking trails, spacious areas of wooded common ground, and a community swimming pool.
The Homes Association provides the following services:
- Trash, Recyclables and Yard Waste pick-up -- Each MONDAY
- Lawn services -- Lawns are mowed weekly during the season (currently THURSDAY)
- Snow Removal -- Streets cleared / walks and driveways (if heavy snow)
- Swimming Pool -- Open to all residents and guests when accompanied by resident during the season
- Painting -- Wood trim on each home is painted every six years
- Common Grounds Maintenance -- All common areas, to include ponds and streets.
Homes Association dues are currently $270.00 / month.
